Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
All my products are made to order and I do not carry any pre-made stock.
Consequently all orders have a processing time of 3 working days.
During peak times like Christmas processing can take up to 5 working days.
Please bear the processing time in mind when placing your order as it needs to be added to the estimated delivery timescale to give a more accurate "receive by" date
I appreciate your patience while I process your order.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
I only ship to mainland United Kingdom purely because of the customs paperwork involved in sending internationally brought about by the exit of the Uk from the EU.
NOTE: I also no longer ship to Northern Ireland due to the recent European ruling, which requires UK sellers to employ an expensive, authorised "responsible person" (Agent) based in the EU or NI for product safety compliance.
SHIPPING TIMES
I ship all orders through Evri and offer two shipping options. (On occasion I may also use Royal Mail if the Ecri syste is experiencing issues.)
- Standard service 2-4 days
- Express service 1-3 days
Please note : neither service is guaranteed within the time scales and should only be taken as delivery estimates.
SHIPPING + PACKAGING COSTS
Standard:
- Orders under 1 kg have a standard rate of £3.00
- Orders between 1 kg - 2kg have a standard rate of £3.90
- Orders between 2 kg - 5kg have a standard rate of £5.00
- Orders between 5 kg - 10kg have a standard rate of £5.50
- Orders between 10 kg - 15kg have a standard rate of £7.50
Express:
- Orders under 1 kg have a Express rate of £3.50
- Orders between 1 kg - 2kg have a Express rate of £4.70
- Orders between 2 kg - 5kg have a Express rate of £6.00
- Orders between 5 kg - 10kg have a Express rate of £6.30
- Orders between 10 kg - 15kg have a Express rate of £8.80
Note: Evri adds on a surcharge of £2.75 when delivering to Shetland, Isle of Man and the Outer Hebrides.
LOCAL PICKUP
Because I run the business from home I do not offer a local pickup or order collection option.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS.
Full refunds and exchanges are only offered for any non-custom printed products orders within 30 days of purchase from the day the order has been delivered.
I cannot accept returns, exchanges, refunds or cancellations on custom made ietms as these are printed to order. I can only offer exchanges, refund or replacements if there is a print or production error on the item you've received.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used to make the purchase
For all returns and exchanges
- Items must not be washed, worn or damaged
- all original tags must be attached
- you must provide a valid order number
Sale and discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges
If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, you are able to do so up to 3 hours after you receive your order confirmation. Please contact me via email so I can process the changes immediately.
I provide real time tracking information on all orders. If your order does not arrive by the estimated due date, please wait 48 hours before contacting me by email.
I will do my best to locate the parcel and extend your timeframe for refunds and exchanges. Should your order arrive damaged, please take photos and send them to me by email and I will send you a new order with brand new products immediately.
Should your order be identified as lost with the shipping courier I will ship a new order out immediately.
